Meetings

  1. January 17, 2026: Fellowship of Spirit, Farmington, NM. The program will be a double weave review – taking another look at the double weave workshop the Guild did with Jennifer Moore
  2. March 21, 2026: Fellowship of Spirit, Farmington, NM. The program will be clasped warp on a rigid heddle and a four-harness loom.
  3. May 16, 2026: Marvel Grange in Hesperus. The program will be Twined Weaving on a round loom.
  4. July 18, 2026: Annual picnic at Kathy’s house in Mancos, CO.
  5. September 19, 2026: Fellowship of Spirit, Farmington, NM. The program will be Reading and Understanding Weaving Patterns
  6. November 21, 2026. Our annual Christmas party at the Mancos, CO. Items for our service project will be collected.

Special Interest Groups

  1. Cortez Area Fiber Artists. This group meets on the third Sat. of the even numbered months from 9:00 to 1:00.  They meet in different locations and everyone brings a project to work on.  Fiber artists from Cortez, Mancos, Dolores, Yellow Jacket and elsewhere in the Cortez area are welcome.
  2. The New Mexico Fiber Group meets on the third Thursday of each month in Aztec.  This also includes Bloomfield, Farmington, Kirtland and surrounding areas.  Anyone interested in spinning, weaving and fiber arts in general is welcome.  Bring a project to work on.
